About the role:
The Administration Assistant to Head of Secondary Sport is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks related to College sporting events and programs. Key responsibilities include:
Communication and Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for sporting events by liaising with staff, students, and parents, ensuring effective communication regarding schedules, permissions, and results. Work closely with and proactively support the Head of Secondary Sport on all aspects of a dynamic sport program within our college.
Event Management: Organize and oversee the logistics of sporting carnivals, including venue bookings, equipment preparation, staff rosters, and post-event tasks. Use software like Meet Manager for accurate results recording.
Team Administration: Manage permissions, training schedules, and communication for College sporting teams. Assist in maintaining uniform records and liaise with coaches and team leaders.
Digital Engagement: Maintain and update the NCC Sports App, and Social Media accounts with relevant information on teams, results, and events.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Compile and maintain databases of student achievements and sports results for annual awards and school events.
General Administration: Handle payroll entry for College Coaching Staff, manage inventory for sports uniforms, organize travel arrangements for teams, and ensure efficient operation of the Sport Department鈥檚 facilities.

About you:

听While there is no formal qualification required for this role, the ability to demonstrate previous experience in a busy support and communications role is essential. Having excellent written and verbal communication skills, an attention to detail and the ability to operate multiple IT platforms effectively (for example TASS, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Sign) will be key to being successful in the role. A sound knowledge of team sports within an educational context is highly desirable.

The role, Head of Library encompasses various responsibilities aimed at fostering a love for reading, literacy, and research within the College community. About the role:
Our Property Manager oversees the maintenance and safety of our campus, including grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure an environment that reflects the College鈥檚 values and that appeals to the internal and external community and guests as a reflection of, and alignment with our Mission and Vision.
In addition, the successful candidate will manage our Grounds Team, and be a key partner to our Head of Business Operations – as a trusted advisor providing insights and recommendations on maintenance and security matters. They will be an effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and with external contractors based on trust and respect.
A strong sense of customer service and the ability to provide prompt and effective solutions is essential.
Selection Criteria:

Education and Experience: Proficient in at least one major trade, preferably holding a Trade qualification, along with a general understanding of other relevant trades. Team Management and Organisation Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead multi-skilled teams effectively, demonstrate experience in utilizing team members’ expertise, delegating tasks and providing guidance and feedback to team members. Evidence of capacity to lead by example, including direct participation in daily tasks and responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Work Health and Safety Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of current workplace health and safety practices and regulations and experience in their application and reporting.
Adaptability and Communication Skills: Ability to maintain composure and effectively adapt to changing environments and circumstances. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in engaging professionally with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, staff, parents, and students.

NCC Early Swimmers is a dynamic, fun and option filled program running from 撸大师app College鈥檚 Learn to swim facility. We offer learn to swim lessons for all ages for both the community and our private school-based programs. NCC Early Swimmers is looking for a staff member who is motivated, flexible, energetic and goal orientated to join our growing team.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Woombye, our pool is well-equipped and heated year-round. We plan to grow and develop a progressive learn-to-swim program for all ages in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.
This role will operate independently with the requirement to develop lesson plans, deliver lessons and set-up and pack-down all equipment to ensure the pool remains safe before, during and after classes.
Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this position, you must have a passion for swim teaching, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be patient, have a natural focus on details and be reliable. You will be able to instil confidence in participants and be prepared to do more than just instruct and with your passion for swim teaching, you will be excited to assist in growing the service.
