Property Manager 2025 - Full Time

About the role:
Our Property Manager oversees the maintenance and safety of our campus, including grounds, buildings, and equipment to ensure an environment that reflects the College鈥檚 values and that appeals to the internal and external community and guests as a reflection of, and alignment with our Mission and Vision.
In addition, the successful candidate will manage our Grounds Team, and be a key partner to our Head of Business Operations – as a trusted advisor providing insights and recommendations on maintenance and security matters. They will be an effective communicator, able to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and with external contractors based on trust and respect.
A strong sense of customer service and the ability to provide prompt and effective solutions is essential.
Selection Criteria:
Personal: An active Christian faith and personal alignment with and commitment to the Mission and Vision of 撸大师app College. Hold a current working with children check (Qld Blue Card) or have the ability to obtain.听
Education and Experience: Proficient in at least one major trade, preferably holding a Trade qualification, along with a general understanding of other relevant trades. Experience in managing facilities and projects involving multiple trades, and a willingness to explore initiatives to track, manage and monitor day to day tasks and projects.听
Team Management and Organisation Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead multi-skilled teams effectively, demonstrate experience in utilizing team members’ expertise, delegating tasks and providing guidance and feedback to team members. Evidence of capacity to lead by example, including direct participation in daily tasks and responsibilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Work Health and Safety Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of current workplace health and safety practices and regulations and experience in their application and reporting.
Adaptability and Communication Skills: Ability to maintain composure and effectively adapt to changing environments and circumstances. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in engaging professionally with diverse stakeholders, including contractors, staff, parents, and students.
Commitment to Professional Development: Evidence of ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing personal professional knowledge and skills and a desire to encourage other team members to continue to learn and expand their skills.
This position reports to the Head of Business Operations and due to the coming retirement of our current and highly valued Property Manager, a start date of January 2025 is being offered to enable an effective transition period up until the current Property Managers retirement scheduled for Term 2, 2025.

NCC Early Swimmers is a dynamic, fun and option filled program running from 撸大师app College鈥檚 Learn to swim facility. We offer learn to swim lessons for all ages for both the community and our private school-based programs. NCC Early Swimmers is looking for a staff member who is motivated, flexible, energetic and goal orientated to join our growing team.
Based in our purpose-built facility in Woombye, our pool is well-equipped and heated year-round. We plan to grow and develop a progressive learn-to-swim program for all ages in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.
This role will operate independently with the requirement to develop lesson plans, deliver lessons and set-up and pack-down all equipment to ensure the pool remains safe before, during and after classes.
Skills and Experience
To be suitable for this position, you must have a passion for swim teaching, be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be patient, have a natural focus on details and be reliable. You will be able to instil confidence in participants and be prepared to do more than just instruct and with your passion for swim teaching, you will be excited to assist in growing the service.
The successful applicant will be able to work flexible hours, commit to set class times and have the following qualifications:
- Relevant Swim Australia Teacher of Babies and Toddlers qualification and/or relevant Swim 听Australia Teacher qualification
